Aaron and Kirbi were amazing. They took the time to understand what we had to have versus what we wanted to have. They then found excellent matches. We bid on one house and did not get it. We then had to expand our search to find more options and we saw more houses. As we were getting close to bid on our next house - it was Aaron who had checked and determined the first house we wanted had not close and was past the option deadline. Aaron contacted the realtor and they agreed they would now accept our offer. Aaron was a great source for finding inspector, survey, and contractors. Everything went great. My best realtor experience in my lifetime. This is the 5th house I have owned in 40 years. I will be using them again to sell my current home after we move.
